Quito, capital of Ecuador is the oldest and the second highest capital in South America, the city’s charm lies in its Historical Centre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Quito’s historic centre is one of the largest, least-altered and best-preserved in the Americas.

The modern structure mixes with the crossbreeding and colonial heritage where both national residents and foreign visitors always find a place to enjoy and remember.

Enjoy your stay visiting amazing places such as:  The Independence Plaza, the beautiful French styled square bordered by the Cathedral and Government Palace, La Compañia Church with its wonderful ornate gold leaf interior and elaborately carved altars, the church of San Francisco, built in the 16th century by the indigenes of St. Andrews School and finally continue to El Panecillo Hill, there is a statue to the  Virgen de Quito and  a beautiful and impressive view of the city and  the Andean landscape.

Enjoy a delicious lunch at a typical restaurant.

The location of the Equatorial Line here was determined by Charles-Marie de la Condamine and his French expedition in 1736.

Middle of the World   is located about 25 kilometers north of Quito; the monument forms the focal point or main attraction of the city built as a typical colonial town, also in this city is the Ethnographic Museum, ancient housings of the Cost, Amazon and Andean region, the cocoa plaza, restaurants and many more places to visit.
